01 - The recruitment process:

As each company is subject to its own internal procedures for recruiting talent, we are unveiling our practices to help you succeed in joining us. Now it’s up to you!

1/  I go to the Our job offers section to see the current offers.

2/ I use the Abrisud job search engine to find the offer that matches my profile

3/ I submit my application.

4/ My application is studied by the Human Resource Department. If it is shortlisted, I will be contacted within four weeks to discuss my background and motivations with the teams.

5/ Successful pre-selection? I undergo an interview with the team manager.

6/ I am hired! I finalise my recruitment and start the Abrisud integration process.

02 - Integration and training:

Welcome to your new workplace!

Here at Abrisud, we designed induction courses adapted to each position to ensure your successful arrival into the big time. From a few days up to several weeks, the whole team rallies together to help you meet the different people you will be dealing with, to introduce you to the diverse spaces and work tools, to guide you in discovering the company culture, and to accompany you in learning our trades and techniques.

It is important to us that you find meaning in your daily life. For this, nothing is better than living it.
